We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we make it easy to return.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have proof of purchase (your order confirmation email is sufficient)
Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or that are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions within 1 business day.
Please do not send your item back without first contacting us â we want to make sure your return is processed correctly and credited to you promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.
Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you â including return shipping.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
